Nasty Nas Rendition 2

Charcoal

I am infatuated with this picture of Nas.
I enjoyed working on it.

Hey, Jedi! Thank you!

negativeSPACE!

at times life experiences take you on a roller coaster... and you MUST be prepared to ride...
i don't think there are words able to describe... and this short film is just 1% of a single thought of her.

in my eyes - Neferu (Gabrielle) is ART.  she's a phenomenon as well as the LOVE in my life.

she's a dedicated artist in everything she do.  over the ump-teen years of knowing her our connection has taught me the true existence of passion.

her art and existence is deeply appreciated and a contribution to the world.

Sincere,

This is my first portrait charcoal piece.
I am happy that I finally tackled the fear behind doing
this piece. My fellow artists always got on me about doing
charcoal and now I see why... The results are more crisp,
realistic and has depth. There will be more of these to come.
I loved the challenge....
